Informatie over het laten maken en de oplevering van een logo

Hoe bestel ik mijn logo?

Je wilt een logo laten maken door Logospot, geen probleem. Met deze 5 simpele stappen kom je gemakkelijk tot een bestelling:

1. Kies je pakket: Kies het pakket dat past bij jou wensen. Maak een keuze uit pakket Brons, Zilver of Goud! Elk pakket heeft zijn eigen specifieke voordelen. Zo kunnen we een logo maken voor elk budget!

2. Vul het bestelformulier in: Vul het bestelformulier in op de website. Hierin geef je je wensen aan en bevestig je de keuze van je pakket.

 Druk daarna op de knop: Bestel mijn logo! en je aanvraag is voltooid.

3. Bevestigingsmail: Je ontvangt van ons een bevestigingsmail als reactie op de aanvraag voor je nieuwe logo.

4. Logo concepten: We sturen je de eerste opzet voor je logo. Aan de hand van deze eerste concepten laat je ons weten waar de verbeterpunten zitten en hoe we je verder kunnen helpen zodat we samen tot een 100% tevreden resultaat komen.

5. Afronding: Nadat we de door jou bepaalde verbeteringen hebben doorgevoerd sturen we je het eindresultaat van je logo. Je ontvangt van ons de juiste bestandsformaten zoals: .AI . EPS . PDF .JPG etc. Daarnaast ontvang je van ons een eerlijke rekening voor het gemaakte werk.

Hoe wordt mijn logo geleverd?

Je hebt je logo laten maken door Logospot, op deze manier(en) leveren we het bij je af:

Structuur:

1. Losse bestanden: We sturen je de .AI .PDF .EPS .PNG en .JPG bestanden als losse bijlagen in de e-mail.

2. Gezipte map: We verpakken de AI .PDF .EPS .PNG en .JPG bestanden in een .ZIP bestand (mapje).

Leveringswijze:

1. Via E-mail: Om tot een goed eindresultaat te komen voor jouw merk moeten we enkele malen kennis en gedachten uitwisselen. Aansluitend op deze reeks e-mails kunnen we je jou logopack toesturen.

2. Wetransfer: Indien bestanden te groot van formaat zijn gebruiken we WeTransfer. Middels deze bestandsoverdrachtdienst krijg jij een downloadlink op het e-mail adres dat bij ons in de database bekend is. Wanneer jij de bestanden download krijgen wij een bevestiging. Ideaal!

* De grootte van je bestanden is afhankelijk van het pakket dat je gekozen hebt. Vanzelfsprekend hebben we bij een duurder pakket meer werk en daardoor meer bestanden aan jou over te dragen.

Hoe ontvang ik de factuur?
